About the Role:
As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating students, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall success of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre planned lessons tailored to the curriculum.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.

Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student learning.

Have the ability to adapt to different school environments.

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching in a school setting.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
