Production Supervisor

Overview
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

Duties

• Responsible for all plant programming to ensure customer satisfaction on turn a round times while optimising machine efficiently.
• Control of ages orders
• Generate departments KPI's and understand the company KPI's as a driver for improvement.
• Maintain department personnel and training records
• Ensure best practice is maintained and that all H&S, COSHH requirements are fully met.

Experience

• Ability to communicate with customers via meetings, e-mail & telephone
• Computer literate and ability to use Microsoft office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production scheduling in Automotive Industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of metal finishing is an advantage.

Hours

• ROP 15.00ph
• Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm
• Friday - 8am - 4pm
• Overtime may be required to work outside of these hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
