TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced Construction Project Manager with refurbishment experience for a project in Wolverhampton. The ideal applicant will have experience delivering projects within Blue Lights/Emergency services ideally with clearance but not essential.
This role will involve managing the refurbishment of an emergency services building, operating in a sensitive environment which will require clearance and DBS checks. Â
The Role
- Site based project manager, playing a vital role in the delivery and day to day management of the site.
- Manage and enforce risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.
- Reporting to senior level on progress

- Strong communication, Verbal and written
- A team-oriented mindset
- The ability to balance technical expertise with a practical understanding of site delivery
- Experience delivering projects up to £10m
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid - Able to achieve clearance or already have clearance to work in sensitive/high security environment
