Are you a Project Manager from the construction industry that wants to work for one of the Midlands leading restoration agencies with a long pipeline of exciting projects?

On offer is the chance to join the largest industry accredited restoration business that has a fantastic industry reputation that has a variety of projects from residential, commercial and even education centres.

This business has gone from strength in the last decade and has landed several 5 year contracts with blue chip financial institutes with the likes of Lloyds TSB.

The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience from the construction industry and be happy working in the office with occasional local site visits.

THE ROLE:

• Liaise with insurance providers to understand project life cycle, time frames and budgets.
• Manage the contractors and staff needed to complete project.
• Liaise with senior leadership team to give project updates.
• Work in office with the other project managers help deliver large commercial projects.

THE PERSON:

• Project Management experience.
• Construction background.
• Commutable distance to Wolverhampton.
