Job Description: As a Financial Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors with their case loads and paperwork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors with managing their case loads and client paperwork.
- Prepare and process financial documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments for financial advisors.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and financial plans.
- Conduct basic research to support financial advisors in their client recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including gathering necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- You must have experience of working in a similar Financial Service position
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
