- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with their academic and personal development.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN), where applicable.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.
Requirements:
- Previous UK child-related experience (e.g., teaching assistant, childcare, youth work, tutoring).
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work on different days, with the ability to commit to the full working hours from 8:20am to 3:30pm.
- A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
