Are you a time served Business Development Manager looking to a major precision engineering company, offering a range of solutions, that offers a company car and remote position?


Do you have experience in sales in a precision engineering environment and are looking for a role that offers uncapped commission and possible shareholding options?


This company was established over two and a half decades ago and has become a one stop shop for laser precision engineering. Mainly supplying into the construction, automotive and architectural industries, the company have industry leading laser, CNC and press brake machines to provide the highest quality service for their customers.


In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to travel nationally to visit client sites to bring in new, and maintain, existing business. You will need to curate a CRM with warm and cold leads in to further expand the businesses cliental. The suitable candidate should have an existing network to bring to the company within the precision engineering sector.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow high value key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Travel to client sites to maintain the existing customer base and bring in new clients
  • Work interdepartmentally to understand customers queries and solve issues faced
  • Efficiently sustain a CRM with warm and cold leads
  • Be knowledgeable of the manufacturing setting to relay the information to customers
  • Deliver corporate level presentations to explain the fundamental services of the business to customers
  • Provide regularly performance updates to the Managing Director
