Warranty Administrator/Stores Person

Job Summary:
As a Warranty Administrator/Stores Person, you will play a key role in our organization by managing full warranty administration, controlling parts inventory, and creating kits for our service engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warranty administration processes, including claims processing, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate handling.
- Maintain and control parts inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and timely restocking of supplies.
- Create and prepare kits for service engineers, ensuring all necessary components are included for efficient service execution.
- Collaborate with service engineers and other departments to understand parts requirements and service needs.
- Assist in managing returns and exchanges of parts, keeping meticulous records and following company policies.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and reporting, to maintain efficient operations within the warranty and stores department.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes; previous experience in warranty administration or stores management is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to handle inventory and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Competency in using basic computer applications and willingness to learn (Sage 50)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude that enhances team morale.

Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
