Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of diverse learners in KS3 and KS4
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and explore their creativity.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to promote active learning and student engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong passion for English language and literature, with excellent subject knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
