Through a range of estate management services, they look to work with their customers and ensure excellence is delivered no matter the task. They are currently looking to recruit a Housing Officer on a fixed term contract until October 2025.Your new roleYour new role as a Housing Officer will be to represent the provider to uphold their standards of delivering excellent customer service by working in partnership with the residents. You will take ownership of your communities but work as a wider estates team to deliver improvements, create safe & well maintained neighbourhoods. This is a generic housing role, designed to ensure residents can sustain great living standards. What you'll need to succeedWorking as a Housing Officer previously, you would have displayed excellent customer service, good and clear communication & responsive to ensure the best possible experience for the customer. You will have experience of working with prospective new residents to deliver an efficient signing up process to ensure void times are kept to a minimum. You will also carry out regular visits to undertake a number of compliance related tasks, so good knowledge of health and safety is also important. Due to the location of the communities, you will need to hold a full UK driver's licence, access to a car and business insurance. What you'll get in returnThe annual salary for the Housing Officer role is £34,666 - £37,731 + expenses and additional excellent benefits for employees. This is initially a 10 month contract but presents a great opportunity for a foot in the door to potential other opportunities within, something they are big on promoting.
