Materials Tester - Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and heat treatment tests
  • Analyse test data, record results, and highlight discrepancies
  • Produce final inspection certificates
  • Maintain testing equipment
  • Assist with quality control of incoming goods

Materials Tester - Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (2 years)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualification (Apprentice trained, NVQ, HNC/HND)
