Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in an educational setting. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality assistance in the classroom, helping students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support under the guidance of the teacher, assisting with lesson delivery and engaging students in learning activities.
  • Offer one-on-one or small group support for students needing additional help with specific learning goals.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
  • Assist with lesson planning, resources, and any administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with teachers and other staff.
  • Supervise children during break times, school outings, and other activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices (training will be provided if needed).
