The School

The Role
The successful candidate will begin working as soon as possible and will continue to the end of the academic year. They will work term time Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 15:30 working with pupils and supporting them with their daily school life.
The successful candidate:

Must have QTS
-
Must have experience with supporting ALN needs
-
Additional training in SEND specific areas will be desirable (ASD, Speech & language, Restraints, Phonics, SENDCO, Mental First aid etc )

Hold a valid DBS check

Experience of teaching within the Uk curriculum
As a Teacher you will
-
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
-
Support students with SEND in their day-to-day learning

Be comfortable providing personal care if needed

Assist pupils in making progress academically, socially, and personally

Get to know the pupils and learn how to support them further in the best way possible

Work in small groups of pupils completing set learning activities

Planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities
