Our Client, a thriving Company based in Wolverhampton,is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work as part of a small team in a varied role.
Competitive starting salary around £30k, may be flexible depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Warehouse Operative will include: -
- Daily warehouse operations including goods-in and goods out (pick, pack, despatch).
- Inventory management, handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Manage imports from UK and overseas suppliers.
The ideal Senior Warehouse Operativecandidate will have: -
- Previous experience in a senior warehouse role.
- Experience working in a small team environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Fork lift truck licence (essential.)
- Reach truck licence (desirable but not essential.)
- Strong work ethic.
- Non-smoker.
- Excellent IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Self-motivated, proactive nature.

- A competitive starting salary of £30,000 (may be flexible beyond this for the right candidate).
- Working hours: 6.30am-4.30pm Mondays,7am- 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday. 42.5 hours per week.
