We are looking for dedicated, qualified Social Workers to join the Adults Community Team based in West Bromwich.Your new roleIn this role, you will work closely with vulnerable adults and carers, helping them achieve their ambitions and maintain independence. You will build strong relationships and networks to support their journey. You will be meeting the needs of vulnerable adults within the community, and they should be at the centre of all decision-making when in your role.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this position, you will need to be fully qualified with relevant professional registration. As well as this, you will need to show sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks. Experience working with vulnerable adults is desirable, as well as being able to display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
