Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Purchase Ledger Clerk?
A fantastic opportunity is available for Accounts Administrator to join a well known group of companies in Teesside, Wynyard.
This is a full time permanent position reporting to the Head Of Finance and joining a team of five in the accounts function.
Typical duties:
- Processing circa 500 invoice on a monthly basis
- Dealing with PO numbers
- Reconciliations
- Petty cash
- Preparing payment runs
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Banking/e-banking
Essential skills:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi - task
- Sage experience ideally
- Excellent communication skills
