Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for a Graphic Designer to work for a local energetic and innovative client. The role is working in a small internal design team alongside senior members of staff.
Monday - Friday
9am - 5.30pm
GBP26k - GBP30k
29 days holiday including bank holidays
The main responsibilities of the Graphic Designer are:
路 Developing design concepts through to finished designs to a timely schedule.
路 Ensure relevant departments have outstanding visual assets for merchandise concepts, website assets, promotional materials and logo developments.
路 Digital advertising campaigns including gif and animation creation.
路 Image retouching to be completed to brand standards.
路 Plan and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
路 General art working and administrative duties.
路 Design and develop the creation of style guides and visual assets for licensed brands.
路 Design and develop product packaging and packaging components for products.
路 Assist the Senior Designer in the development and revision of guideline documents and branding components.
路 Develop a strong understanding and relationship with clients and suppliers.
路 Keep in touch with design trends for digital media, and undertake and identify industry trend and opportunities.
The key requirements of the Graphic Designer are:
路 Have a design degree or equivalent qualification.
路 Have advanced skills in Adobe Suite CC.
路 Be knowledgeable about After Effects, XD and HTML.
路 Are creative, original and visually literate.
路 Possess excellent attention to detail.
路 Have a flexible and open to learning attitude.
路 Have excellent listening and communication skills.
路 Be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
路 Highly organised, calm under pressure with the ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines.
路 A team player who can see the bigger picture.
