We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the BDM will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as managing and nurturing existing accounts to ensure total customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role includes a company vehicle and offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining work from home, office presence, and on-site client visits.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Drive new business opportunities across various markets and sectors.
  • Manage existing accounts to secure additional revenues.
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities within the allocated UK region or vertical market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the engineering/support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review sales goals, efficiencies, and overall performance with the line manager.
  • Achieve set KPIs and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Be willing to work outside normal office hours and travel as needed for client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrable sales track record and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Team player with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English with excellent reading, verbal, and written skills.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in customer interaction and solution selling.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
