Hales Group are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our client based in Woodbridge on a companywide project for a period of at least 3-6 months.  The postholder will be focusing on an absence management project to support the existing HR and senior management teams. Main Duties of the HR Advisor role include:
  • Using sickness data to see who should have had the policy applied (informal / formal)
  • Working with Managers to apply the policy
  • Undertaking sickness review meetings
  • Completing relevant paperwork to support the Managers
  • Keeping up to date records of new sickness
  • Be the initial POC for sickness reporting (answerphone facility with call back)
In order to be considered for the role of HR Advisor:
  • Ideally the person will be CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Have extensive experience at an Advisor level
  • To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skill
