We currently have the pleasure of hiring on behalf of our well-established client in Earl Soham, who are expanding their team and looking for motivated Printing Operatives to join their growing business.
Our client is a leading distributor of garment decoration services, specializing in screen printing and embroidery. As one of the largest distributors in Europe, they take pride in delivering high-quality printed products to their customers.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Printing Operative, your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing garments for printing, ensuring correct positioning and alignment
- Operating screen printing and heat press machines to produce high-quality designs
- Monitoring the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Checking finished garments for quality control and making necessary adjustments
- Packing completed products ready for dispatch
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required for business needs, including occasional early starts or late finishes)
- £11.44 per hour
Requirements:
- Own transport is essential due to the location
- Previous experience is required.
