Nursery Production Supervisor | Suffolk

Ready to take your passion for plants to the next level?

We've got an exciting opportunity at a thriving 26-acre nursery with over 6,000 different varieties of plants, where you could be the key player in leading a team to success.

This could be the chance to step up, and eventually progress into nursery management, that you've been looking for. If you're enthusiastic, organised, and ready to make a difference, then we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

As the Nursery Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the operation.

From propagation and plant health, to putting together orders and quality control, you'll oversee it all.

You'll be organising and leading a team of people, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn from the best while managing day-to-day operations. Plus, you'll be out in the elements, getting your hands dirty with native and ornamental stock-not your typical office job!

What you'll need:

We're looking for someone with a solid knowledge of plants-this is non-negotiable.

While spray certificates are a bonus, they're not a dealbreaker. What's more important is your ability to organize, lead a team, and communicate effectively with everyone on site.

If you've got experience in a plant nursery, understand plant care, and are willing to learn more, we want to hear from you. IT skills are helpful, but this role is very much hands-on.

Flexibility and a can-do attitude will be key in this role.
