Do you currently work in a Production Team Management role? Are you looking to move into a new permanent position within the Planting and Nursery Sector?
First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for our clients busy operations based in Suffolk, IP13.
Our client has a varied product range including many rare and sought after trees, shrubs and climbers.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
Candidate duties will include:
- Lead and motivate a talented team of production workers
- Ensure that all production processes are carried out effectively and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets
- Coordinate with other departments such as planning, planting and distribution
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
Candidate experience will include:
- Be a motivated leader with a passion for driving operational success
- Have strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional
- Have worked previously in a production environment within the planting and nursery environment
Starting salary: £30kpa + excellent company benefits.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm.
