Administrator - Rental Team

Framlingham (office based/part time)

24k-27k Pro rata

Do you thrive in a busy office and consider managing multiple tasks an exciting challenge? Are you exceptionally organised and conscientious with attention to detail and friendly professional manner?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and capable candidate to join their busy rentals division and be the first point of contact for the team. They are seeking a part time administrator for 25 hours per week, but could be flexible on this.

The role:

  • Arranging appointments for inspections, liaising with tenants and managing the diaries of several colleagues, co-ordinating schedules and planning itineraries.
  • Carrying out preparatory administration for inspections, preparing reports and ensuring paperwork is in place.
  • Dealing with correspondence to landlords and tenants and preparing documents.
  • Monitoring the inspection schedule and enabling timely completion.
  • Carrying out other day-to-day administrative tasks as required such as preparing property details and updating files.
  • Providing general administrative support for the team.

Once you are settled and have gained experience on how the team works your responsibilities will increase, and you will handle all associated documentation relating to tenancy agreements and liaise with utility companies to ensure they are kept up to date with accurate tenant details.

If you are motivated with excellent and adaptive IT skills and can demonstrate strong communication and self-management skills, our client will want to hear from you. This role is based full time in the office, and you will be required to work every third Saturday morning.
