Restaurant Manager option of Accomodation to assist with relocating

The Role
Were looking for a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Youll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring smooth and efficient service. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and coordinating front-of-house operations.
• Leading, motivating, and mentoring the team to provide exceptional service.
• Managing bar functions and taking sole charge of restaurant operations.
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and staff.

What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a food-focused gastropub or similar setting.
• Michelin-level experience (an advantage but not essential).
• A passion for food, drink, and delivering top-tier hospitality.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• A friendly, approachable demeanour with a focus on attentive yet unobtrusive service.
• A full UK driving licence and reliable transport (due to our rural location).

Location
Located in Bromeswell, just outside the charming market town of Woodbridge in Suffolk.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £38,000£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Additional tips: £7,000£9,000 annually.
• Full-time, permanent role working five days a week on a rota basis.
• 28 days of annual leave.

• Option for initial accommodation to assist with relocating
