The Role
Were looking for a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Youll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring smooth and efficient service. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating front-of-house operations.
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring the team to provide exceptional service.
- Managing bar functions and taking sole charge of restaurant operations.
- Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and staff.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a food-focused gastropub or similar setting.
- Michelin-level experience (an advantage but not essential).
- A passion for food, drink, and delivering top-tier hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a focus on attentive yet unobtrusive service.
- A full UK driving licence and reliable transport (due to our rural location).
Location
Located in Bromeswell, just outside the charming market town of Woodbridge in Suffolk.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £38,000£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Additional tips: £7,000£9,000 annually.
- Full-time, permanent role working five days a week on a rota basis.
- 28 days of annual leave.

- Option for initial accommodation to assist with relocating
