Tennial Personnel are looking for a motivated and hands-on Retail Plant Sales Supervisor to join our client, a renowned nursery and arboretum based in Campsea Ashe. With nearly 40 years expertise, our client boasts one of the largest ranges of ornamental and native plants in the UK. The shift is working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday on a temporary to permanent basis (if a trial has been passed, a permanent position will be offered). As a Retail Plant Sales Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact at the nursery, playing a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the retail sales areas are well maintained, weed-free and stocked with high quality plantsWatering plants and ensuring their overall health and presentationAssisting customers in selecting suitable plants and guiding them around the nurseryPicking and preparing plants for customer ordersSkills:Proactive and organised, with excellent attention to detailStrong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills Knowledgeable or enthusiastic about plants, with a willingness to learn Keywords:PlantsHorticulture Front of House
