Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE) + Generous Bonuses
Hours: 40 hours per week, No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete MET duties to a high standard, including dismantling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform polishing and minor body repairs, ensuring vehicles look as good as new.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with the rest of the Body Shop team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Optionally assist with vehicle estimates, although estimator experience is a plus, it's not essential.
What We're Looking For:
- MET qualified with hands-on experience in a Body Shop environment.
- A well-rounded technician who enjoys taking on a variety of tasks from polishing to repairing.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive attitude, with a desire to grow and learn new skills.
