Job Description:

We are seeking someone to join a dynamic and growing estate as their new Trainee Office Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by coordinating various aspects of property marketing and compliance. No previous property experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, we are looking for someone with strong transferable skills and a passion for organisation and customer service.

Responsibilities for The Trainee Office Manager:

  • Coordinate property marketing assets including floorplans, photography, videography, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
  • Liaise with third-party contractors (photographers, videographers, floorplan creators) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Ensure compliance checks are completed for properties, ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met
  • Assist in the creation of property brochures, including uploading photos, descriptions, and floorplans for property listings
  • Organise and manage administrative tasks to support the wider office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and update property systems
  • Provide general office support, including handling phone and email enquiries, and assisting with customer queries

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for this Trainee Office Manager
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with basic software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail with an ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role, demonstrating transferable skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A professional and positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
