As a Senior Architect, you'll have expertise in both design and technical aspects and will be confident leading projects through all RIBA stages. You'll work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, applying exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with clients and contractors.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Senior Architect:

Oversee projects from inception to completion with senior support as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
Mentor and guide junior architects to support their professional development
Develop and execute technical designs that capture innovative ideas

Participate actively in site meetings to ensure smooth project delivery
ARB-registered architect
Significant experience post-Part 3 qualification
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Must reside in Lincolnshire
