Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe, stimulating environment.
Support the delivery of the early years curriculum, ensuring each child's needs are met.
Promote positive behavior, encouraging children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changes, and sleep supervision.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, patient, and caring attitude.
Knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies.
A positive team player with a flexible approach to work.
