Our client is a precision engineering company based 20-minutes South of Lincoln City Centre that specialise in custom components for various industries. We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Fabricator and All-rounder to join their tight-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their in work and is eager to contribute across multiple areas of their operations. Whilst the primary focus will be on fabrication, the role also includes CNC machining, laser cutting, shot blasting and other tasks as needed. This is a full-time, genuine temporary to permanent contract.

Fabrication, CNC Machining, Laser Cutting and Shot Blasting, General Duties, Driving

Requirements:
Experience: Some welding or fabrication experience is essential, with a willingness to learn new skills.
Flexibility: Must be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Driving License: Must be aged 20 or over with a full UK driving license, for insurance purposes.
Own Transport: Due to the location of the site, candidates must have access to their own transport.
Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is dedicated, loyal and passionate about engineering, with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the company.
