We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Coordinator at Cottam & Killingholme Power Station's.
The Health and Safety Coordinator role comes with a competitive rate (Umbrella).
Key skills
- Using experience and technical expertise to make decisions on health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) requirements and provide advice to the CDCPK leadership, operational and maintenance team within the normal day to day activities of the businesses
- Propose safety compliance pathways for new legislation and make recommendations with benefit analysis to the site executive team and central safety team.
- Implement improvement schemes to develop the site safety, health and security, business excellence culture.
- Recommend improvements from root cause investigation and audit.
- Own and report on incident hazard potential.
- Halt any activities not deemed to be in compliance with our HSS standards.
- Identify frequency and scope of internal and external HSS audit preparation activities.
