Part Time Operations Assistant

Gi Group Scunthorpe are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our clients team on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate on a part time basis (job share).

The Operations Assistant will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the business, coordinating orders and liaising with internal teams to answer queries.
This is an administrative role, 2 days a week as part of job share.

Please note, due to the location of our client, your own transport is required.

Job Type;
Permanent

Hours of work;
Tuesday & Friday
9am - 3pm

Pay rate;
11.44ph

Main Responsibilities;
* Co-ordinate receipt of customer orders
* Ensure accurate input of customer orders
* Liaise with internal teams & customers regarding order queries
* Manage incoming communication to the business via telephone & email
* Manage the purchase of office consumables
* Greet & organise visitors to site

Experience / skills required
* Order processing experience preferred
* Experience of co-ordinating customer queries
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work with multiple departments
* Ability to handle high volume of orders/queries
