This is a very exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager with a proven track record to join an impressive FMCG company. You will need to provide leadership and direction to the management team, encouraging ownership and accountability.
You will be managing a fast-paced operation in delivering business objectives and KPIs through all operational functions including warehouse, production and logistics. This will require you to bring energy and motivate your team progress the manufacturing unit to the next level.
A strong leader will be required to coach and train your direct reports where necessary. Other key components of the role include labour control, budgeting and identifying areas of improvement. This role will test your man management, planning, and organisational skills.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in an Operations Manager or similar in an FMCG company demonstrating a track record of high performing sites.
* An excellent leadership style to influence and drive forward growth through culture and experience.
* Excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
* Can demonstrate delivery of improvement to both people and process.
