About the Role:
This is an exciting time to join a food manufacturing site undergoing a major transformation following a recent takeover. The site is evolving from a small-scale operation into a purpose-built, world-class manufacturing facility with substantial growth potential.

To prepare for this next phase, the business is building a team to lay the foundations for success. This involves coaching, developing, and upskilling the existing workforce while introducing fresh ideas and robust processes to ensure long-term excellence.

As a Production Shift Manager, you will report to an exceptional Factory Manager known for their expertise and passion for developing people and processes. Initially, you’ll oversee a team of 30-40 people, managing day-to-day KPIs and operations. Looking ahead, the scale of your responsibilities and team could grow significantly.

About You:

  • You have experience as a Production Shift Manager in food manufacturing and a proven track record of improving processes and developing teams.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can connect with a diverse range of personalities, gaining their trust and buy-in to drive change.
