Sports Coach

Pay Scale: £85.00 to £110.00 per Day

The Role:
GSL Education's Lincolnshire branch is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a supportive Secondary School in Lincoln. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for teaching the fundamental skills and techniques required for the sport, while helping students understand strategies, game plans, and the nuances of the sport. This position will require you to implement fitness programs to improve students' overall physical health and sport-specific conditioning.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports lessons and activities
- Encourage and motivate students to participate and excel in physical education
- Organise and oversee school sports events and competitions
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
- Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education
Requirements:
- Relevant coaching qualifications or experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently residing in the UK
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
- Passion for sports and student support
