Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who is looking to advance their career and progress in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively playing a role in meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Assisting with building cost advice at different RIBA stages of projects.
  • Preparing feasibility estimates, pre-tender estimates and cost plans.
  • Advising contract terms and preparing documentation for building contracts.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally, project experience at a consultancy.
  • Degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying, or similar.
  • Working towards achieving Chartered status (MRICS).
