I am currently working with a Construction Consultancy recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will be responsible for delivering cost management services on a wide range of projects at different stages.

In this role you will work on prestigious projects in a wide range of sectors such as residential, Education, Leisure, Stadia and Scitech. The projects you will be involved with could range in cost from 1m to over 1 billion

You will be responsible for:

  • Pre and post contract services.
  • Risk Management.
  • Cost management.
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Manage a team of cost managers

What They Are Looking For:

  • Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent)
  • MRICS or equivalent
  • NEC contract experience.
  • Cost consultancy experience
