Sales Support Assistant – Entry Level

ÂŁ18-23,000 per annum

Permanent – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – Chessington

Working for an independent distributor of IT Hardware across the UK and Europe, our client provide extensive discounts to IT resellers across a multitude of vendors including HP, Cisco, Juniper, Lenovo, IBM and APC. Their goal is to enable re-sellers to streamline their procurement process with dedicated account management, guaranteed response times to quotations and orders and cost savings through intelligent sourcing.

Due to business growth the company are looking to recruit an entry level candidate to join the operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a school/college leave who lives locally to Chessington with no work experience who is looking to start their career within an office based role as Sales Support Assistant.

The role of Sales Support Assistant involves:• Handling deliveries (some heavy lifting involved)• Labelling and de-labelling products• Packing orders to send out• Chasing suppliers for proof of delivery/tracking information and then emailing onto clients• Handling returns• Answering phone calls• Obtain pricing information from suppliers for the sales team• Uploading information on to the system

Key requirements:• Good communication skills• Competent in the use of MS Word and Excel• Physically fit, this role will involve some heavy lifting
