Description
- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports.
- Proactively aiding in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Handling balance sheet reconciliations and managing the ledger.
- Conducting variance analysis to monitor business performance.
- Enhancing financial procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimise financial operations.
- Offering financial guidance to support strategic decision-making.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
- Qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Experience of working in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £55,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
