- Preparation and Review: Review and finalise service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Client Reporting: Assist in the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting to clients.
- Billing and Reconciliations: Manage the billing process and reconcile year-end service charge accounts.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any queries and support the delivery of a high-quality service.
- Experience: Proven experience in service charge accounting, with a strong understanding of property management terminology.
- Qualifications: AAT qualified (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
