Junior Accounts Assistant

What You'll Do:

  • Data Processing & Reconciliation: Process consolidated supplier recharges data using Excel and perform monthly reconciliation of recharge accounts to ensure accurate cost recharges to the business.
  • Invoice Management: Upload supplier invoices and resolve any coding queries.
  • Collaboration & Support: Collaborate regularly with the Assistant Accountant and handle various ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven accounting experience.
  • Expertise in reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Oracle knowledge is a plus).
