- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.

- Effectively address customer objections and concerns to secure appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.
- Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on call activity and appointment outcomes to the directors
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Accurately enter and update client information and call details.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
