About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead and manage our clients Customer Service team. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive outstanding service, resolving queries effectively, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also contribute to strategic planning, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee key operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Customer Service team.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and communicate job expectations.
  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales team, providing reports and insights.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold satisfaction standards.
  • Oversee and manage product returns processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email to assess service needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Services Supervisor or Manager.
  • A positive, motivated, and flexible approach to work.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £30,000 - £32,000p/a.
