Berkeley Scott are partnered with an award-winning Luxury Spa Hotel with Wedding Venue and Golf Club to help them find a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be cooking with great quality fresh local produce to a high standard and striving for accolades.

Your new role as our Sous Chef:
- Cooking with the best locally sourced ingredients
- Managing and development of the brigade
- Creative input into the menu ensuring quality and variety
- Scratch cooking to a Rosette standard
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
- Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness
What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high quality hotel setting
- Experience of high volume banqueting
- Creativity and experience of developing menus
- Must be organised and a good communicator
