What's involved?

As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include;

Prepare daily dishes, contribute to recipe development, and ensure quality.
Guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Monitor ingredients, manage stock, and control costs.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation.
Occasionally interact with guests for feedback and menu explanations.
Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining records.
Working at 2 AA Rosette Standard
