Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of established accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth and meet performance targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Represent the company with professionalism, showcasing the value and quality of its product range.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the giftware or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a large territory and extensive travel.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver on targets.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (with realistic OTE/bonus of £5,000 - £6,000).
- Company Car: Skoda Octavia (currently) and a fuel card.
- Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays (increasing yearly to a maximum of 25 days).
- Private Healthcare: Subsidised.
- Pension: Matched contributions up to 8%.
- Life Cover: 2.5x annual salary.
