They are seeking a hungry, driven and professional Business Development Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Business Development Manager - Experience:
- At least 6 years in experience in the rail, engineering, or construction industries
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve expected KPIs

What a day to day as a Business Development Manager will look like:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the construction sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure.
- Prepare commercial documents including proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance and pipeline reports to senior management.
- Attend trade shows, site meetings, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, resourcing, marketing, operations) to ensure aligned execution.
