Senior Sales Manager

Covering HR, WR, GL and SY (Hybrid/ Remote)

8am-5pm (Flexible Hours Available) Monday to Friday

£35k-£50k DOE + Uncapped Commission

+24 Days Holiday and Bank, Pension, Progression and Training, Company Car

We are a long-standing Material Handling Equipment company who prides itself on being a multi brand dealer who are quick to react to all our customers needs with our excellent service engineer team. We are in a point of growth where we are keen to welcome a new Senior Sales Manager to the family where you have the opportunity to work for a well-established company who provides the tools you need to grow and progress with us.

The Role:

With an 80:20 split on New Business and Account Management; you will drive our MHE portfolio to new heights by targeting new business to ensure their equipment needs are met. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline by prospecting, meeting booking, presentations to client and demonstrates – to closing the deal. You will need experience in CRM systems and identifying new markets and business opportunities.

You will need to be a driven, hard-working individual who has the get up and go in the mornings to achieve the most. The harder you work the more you earn with this uncapped commission on a tiered commission structure scheme. Desired experience within electrical warehousing equipment or a similar industry.
