Our client already has an established presence across the UK offering will writing services and is looking to continue to expand its Trusts division.We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years minimum of Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence and personalised service is upheld.
  • Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
What we need from you:
  • 2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
  • Strong knowledge Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
